We then finished it off with five extraordinary desserts: Warm Date Cake (with toasted hazelnut sauce and Trapani salt); Lemon Lemon Lemon (cake, custard, and crisps); Chocolate Budino (with hazelnut croccante and crema fresca); Blackberry Crostata (with honey-mascarpone gelato), and Caramel Espresso Tiramisu (with mascarpone cream). (But the picture didn’t get taken until we had demolished them all!)
